Biological Breakthrough

One biological breakthrough is suscreen in a pill. Timothy Marr who wants to win the Ironman race wants something that can protect him from the harmful UV rays from the sun, and says that sunscreen would be impossible for such a long, dreadfull race. Bio Astin, or also known as Astaxanthin, acts like a sponge absorbing UV rays and reduces pain and inflammation from UV rays. It is 500 times stronger than vitamin E and 10 times stronger than vitamin A. This is commonly found in red ocean plants and animals. Eating 1-3 pounds of salmon would give the same effect of Bio Astin. Doctors also recommend that you should have other protection, and not just the Bio Astin.

I think that Bio Astin is a great biological breakthrough. Putting on sunscreen can be a total mess and can give a bad smell. To me, Bio Astin is a great way to block UV rays from harming your skin. People may not like putting on sunscreen, and you would need to have a lot of sunscreen to cover your whole body from the harmful rays. Just eating one pill is a great way to prevent the harmful rays and it would protect your whole body.
